Medical
A surgical care group in Manchester, New Hampshire uses WeSync to manage the schedules of and contacts for four physicians. An administrative assistant creates and manages a separate calendar for each doctor as well as three shared group calendars: "On Call," "Patient List" (used for daily patient appointments), and "Holidays." The admin also uses WeSync to maintain up-to-date contact information for such resources as "Patients," "Physicians," and "Hospitals." All four doctors use wireless enabled PDA's so they can sync anytime, anywhere, and have always up-to-date schedules, notes and contacts.

Fifty PDA users and one administrative assistant comprise the WeSync user group at an Atlanta, Georgia teaching hospital. All students and doctors sync their PDA's to one central, shared computer in the doctors' lounge. The administrative assistant creates and maintains group calendars for schedules such as "Rounds," "Patients," "Eye Surgery," and others.

Sales
A web-based software company in San Francisco needed to find a service that solved the problem of double-booking field engineers by the sales team. Using WeSync, the sales force shares instantly updated schedules with the field engineers, allowing better coordination and communication of activities.

Small Office/Consultant
Bob W. runs a two-person kitchen design business. He and his business partner needed to better coordinate schedules to ensure there is someone at their showroom at all times. WeSync allows Bob and his partner to view each other's schedules side-by-side on their handheld devices, and to make changes that appear instantly on both calendars.
